Hello!
The next leap day (February 29th, 2020) will be after `4` years (some years divisible by 4 aren't leap, but 2020th is).
A non-leap year has 365 days, `365 = 52*7 + 1,` thus after a non-leap year the same date becomes the next week day.
The next day after February 29th, 2016, is March 1st, 2016, and it is Tuesday. Then 3 non-leap years (without February 29th) pass and March 1st, 2019 will be
Tuesday+3=Friday.
The next full year after March 1st, 2019 contains the leap day, so March 1st, 2020 will be Friday+2=Sunday.
Such a way, February 29th, 2020 will be one day before, i.e. Saturday (you may check this with a computer calendar).
