When and where does Chapter One of Paper Towns begin?

Chapter One of Paper Towns begins on an average school morning for Quentin.  He oversleeps and needs his mom to drive him to school in her minivan.  Once he arrives at school, his friends Radar and Ben are introduced.  Quentin also sees his crush, Margo Roth Spiegelman, but he and Margo have not been close for several years despite growing up together.  The setting is quickly established as an average high school in an average town, though Quentin's friends have their memorable quirks.

This is the beginning of the main story.  The book's prologue was set when Quentin and Margo were nine years old and found a man's corpse.  Quentin and Margo were very good friends when they grew up together, but they've drifted apart.  Quentin still harbors a crush on Margo despite thinking she doesn't know he exists.
