What is not the meaning of life?

I suppose the simplest answer to not being the meaning of life is to know what the meaning of life is, and not do that.

The meaning of life is likely to be different for different people, cultures, and/or religions.  I once heard somebody say that the meaning of life is to love.  In light of Christianity's greatest commandment, that makes sense.  "Love the Lord your God above all else, and love your neighbor as yourself."  Of course not everybody is a Christian, so that might not ring true for everybody.  But if you look at many of the world's religions, peace and harmony are central.  Peace with yourself, your fellow man, and the world around you.

If we can use peace, love, and harmony as the basic "meaning of life," the "not" meaning of life would be to make war, hate, violence, envy, antagonism, etc. on anybody and everybody around you.
